Euro Group 1 Matches/Results
Group 1 has now finished and it is Denmark who have secured top spot in one of tightest groups in Europe with four teams all in with a shout of heading to South Africa. In the end the Danish were the most consisent winning six games and they will head to the World cup with high hopes in good form.
Portugal were poor during the campaign but they did manage to pull themselves together at the end to secure a play-off spot ahead of the plucky Swedes who can count themselves unlucky to miss out. Hungary also did better then expected but just fell short when the big games came and finished 4th in a tough group.
