World Cup 2010 Results - Day 3

All of the results from Day 3 of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa with matches in Group C and D taking centre stage and there were some cracking performances. Slovenia squeaked past Algeria after a mistake from the African goalkeeper in what was a very poor match but the Europeans do now go top of Group C.

Group D kicked off with a tight match between Serbia and Ghana with the Africans coming out on top in a crucial affair, they scored a penalty late on and they are now in pole position to go through to the last 16. Germany were hugely impressive in taking care of Australia and look the team to beat after their win in Durban.
