World Cup 2014 Odds - Brazil favourites on home soil
The next World Cup will be held in Brazil in 2014 and the betting has already started. We may still be three years away from the tournament getting underway but that means there is some excellent value on offer for shrewd punters. With Brazil hosting the tournament it is no surprise to see them leading the betting and they will be many peoples pick for the tournament, on on their heels though are Spain who will be defending the World Cup they won in South Africa. The Spanish were excellent during that tournament and should still have a strong squad when they arrive in Brazil. Argentina will also be a dangerous team which is reflected in the betting, they will be in the home continent and will have a top squad as always at their disposal.
As always the likes of Germany, Holland, France and Italy will feature high up in the betting odds, as will England who will once again be under immense pressure to deliver on a global stage. Despite their dominance in qualifying England have been poor in the World Cup itself, something the players will be eager to put right this time round...providing they qualify!
